I was going to buy a Roland 61 key GO Piano from American Music Supply. I put the item in my cart when payday came up I went back to buy the item. I noticed the item was no longer in my cart. I contacted a Bredon or Brandon In chat asking why my cart had been deleted. He stated no problem did you want to buy the item now. Not the point he finally stated my computer was the problem. I knew this was not true I order from others all the time. All they wanted was my money could careless about my question. I ordered the item from Amazon. I contacted American Music Supply asking them to delete my account because I could find no way to do so. This was three weeks ago and they keep running me around. Asking me to give my emaill address that they already have. Then days later ask again for me to ask for some code. Just delete my freaking account. Trying to trap unhappy customers to sell their information. I learned a big lession make sure you can delete an account on your own before trusting any Company. I guess, I will have to contact consumer Affairs. The first electric guitar I bought from them semi hollow body starcaster I had to use blue loctite on the input nut. Probally good they deleted my cart..PS, I'm Back today Jan 10th 2024 I see all the people who work for AMS comments below. I did not even read all AMS BS people their are many bad reviews out their even worse then mine about this lying AMS. Look up AMS reviews you will see. I could careless he put the item back into my cart. I cared why they took it out in the first place but all he would say ready to buy. There lairs do your own research
