I rented an RV for my family vacation during the Thanksgiving holiday. It was my first experience with an RV, and they were extremely patient and helpful with me and my family.

rented an RV from American Dream Vacation for the 2018 GP and it was a great experience. Not being a RV expert everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. Pick up through drop off was easy and they were very helpful and explained/show me how all the appliance etc operated. I would recommend them and will rent from them again.. Tom T

Spoke with one of the reps and informed them I needed an RV and driver. The rep misled me in thinking they would provide one at a set price. Closer to the date of needing the RV, suddenly things change (price) and I discover that they don't actually do that and have no experience in doing so. I'm not sure where they looked for a driver or if he would be trustworthy. In the future, they should be upfront and not try to take on a task they're not equipped to handle. Now, we've lost our deposit, which is fine. Rather have lost it than do business with these guys and our whole tour ends up in disaster for some reason because they're not up front. Understand, once you pay the deposit, if you don't cancel within 60 days, they won't refund you — even if they lied just to get your money.

I apologize that you felt misled. We are in the business of renting RVs. When the need for a driver was mentioned options were offered. The most recent offering was using a 3rd party company that specifically handles these types of requests such as providing drivers for high profile people, etc. We commonly setup drivers for VIPs. I am not sure where the disconnect is but feel free to contact us to further clarify.

I enjoyed working with the gals and guys at American Dream Vacations. Being new to trailer/camper tripping, they covered all bases to make sure I had a safe and joyful experience. I wish I had had a stabilizer as the camper had some sway in it. I kept my speed down, which I intended to do anyway, but there was still some sway happening. I looked into purchasing a different tow package in Colorado but the cost was very pricey ($400!). I made do with what I had and had a marvelous experience!

They try very hard to make sure you're satisfied. They will tell you the best unit for your money.

Don't rent from this place. It is the worst we have ever rented RVs from. The RVs are old and when things break and they will, they will over charge for parts. Oh, they require you to clean the outside of vehicle and charge an outrageous fee if they clean it.

Looking at your account Mr. Vera, it appears that the vehicle you rented was a late model 2015 in good condition. The account shows a broken shower clip which resulted in $5.50 being withheld from the $500 deposit. $494.50 was refunded as promised. This seems very fair as we are obligated to the owners' of the vehicles to charge for damaged items and keep things in good working order as well as in good, rent-able condition. It doesn't show that you were charged for cleaning. Thank you for taking care of the vehicle. Yes, we do ask that customers return the motor home or travel trailer in the condition that they picked it up in, including washing the exterior and cleaning the interior. Of course, for those customers that would prefer not to mess with it, we offer a cleaning service for $89.00 which is well below aver detailing cost in the industry.
