I enjoyed the RV we rented. It was our 36 wedding anniversary and our dreM vacation. It turned into a nightmare. We had a blowout on way home. Then it stormed . When we dit get it back was told there was damage . Now we have been involved in a 2 year law suit. Unless we can afford to own an RV ourselves no more leasing. Rent at your own risk

American Dream Vacation is a company I will never do business with again. They were late with the RV doing last minute repairs, and many other repairs were needed we found out on our trip. They take no responsibility for anything, and if something breaks its on you. No wonder there were so many things needing repair. Who would want to report them, they would be stuck with the bill, and so the damaged RV gets passed along to the next person. Not an enjoyable vacation due to American Dream Vacation should change their name to American Nightmare.

Laurie, I am sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience. I attempted to locate your account, without luck, so that I could better understand the circumstances and location that it was rented from. RVs are complex pieces of equipment, essentially houses on wheels. Every vehicle undergoes a multi-point inspection prior to rental to ensure the safety of our customers and their families as well as reducing any potential on-the-road inconveniences. All of our vehicles are individually owned which leaves us not only responsible to the end user but the vehicle owner too. It is always our hope that every customer go and come with nothing but fun and satisfaction in between. Unfortunately, with all things mechanical this isn’t always the case. It is not our practice to misappropriate damage responsibility and several checks/balances are in place to avoid discrepancies. These include videos, pictures, customer participation, vehicle instruction/orientation and multiple resources for proper operation. Our interest lies in offering the best possible experience so that our customers not only return but also refer RVing as a comfortable, cost-effective and fun way to travel. Please let us know what we can do to resolve your dissatisfaction.

We rented an RV for our family trip to New Mexico and it was perfect! It was our first time renting/vacationing in an RV and ADV made it an enjoyable experience. We had a tire blowout 2 hours into our trip, however ADV was prompt in getting someone out to replace the tire. The RV was clean and met all of our expectations. We will definitely be renting from ADV in the future!

For the most part the experience was good. Really enjoyed the RV that we chose. Had to call a couple of times due to TV and cable not working, but the technician was very helpful and walked us through it. We did have one issue. When deploying the slide one of the drawers had opened in the back (that we couldn't see) and the slide pulled the drawer and broke part of it off. We heard the creaking but couldn't stop the slide before the damage was done. Make sure to check that the drawers are closed before deploying the slide.,

The RV we rented was very clean. Make sure to have the person doing the walkthrough explain how to get the TV’s to work using a cable connection.

We had a great experience with ADV, we've leased RV's before, but the service from the ADV has superb, we will definitely recommend them, and will use them for our next RV trip!
