Staff is great to work with. Process is straight forward. Slight trouble with tail lights on trailer which should have been detected prior to me arriving-all in all a great experience.

We are new'be RV'rs and I was a little apprehensive about the whole rental experience, but I must say it worked out well. The 29'ft. 2018 Class C was everything we could have expected. The slides, leveling system and controls all worked well. No complaints, it was a great experience. We plan on renting again next February 2020. Maybe this time a Class A.

Excellent attention received from everyone whom I dealt with. This was my second opportunity renting from the North Houston Yard, first time a motorhome and this time a travel trailer. Always good units and in perfect conditions. I would suggest they offer discounts for frequent customers though to gain loyalty.
