I understand the frustration with an air conditioner not cooling as desired. In the Texas heat the air conditioners make the vehicle much more comfortable, but these units are working very hard to do this. Under perfect conditions, the A/C can bring interior temperatures down to about 20 degrees cooler than outside temperatures. If outside temperature is 102° the interior temperature would be only as cold as 82° . Of course, there are several variables that affect the end result. There are steps that can be taken to encourage cooler temperatures such as leaving blinds closed, limiting the frequency at which the entry door is opened/closed, using the windshield privacy curtain, and lastly, inserting insulator pillows into the roof vents. Hopefully, our clean vehicle and helpful customer service will keep you coming back. We would love to get you out in the fall or spring!

Mr. Eubanks, We appreciate the fair review, your business and are certainly pleased to hear we have retained you as a customer. Plastic roof vent lids get brittle and can blow off en route sometimes. Whether the vehicle left like that or it blew off following the departure, I apologize that it wasn't caught sooner. Thank you for your willingness to adapt while on the road.

Thank you for your fair review. I understand that timing can be difficult; however, in our business we live and die by scheduling. We like to be clear about pickup/drop off times up front and we love to accommodate early pickup/ late return request as a courtesy, schedule permitting. With our real-time, live reservation system, these special requests can only be confirmed 48 hours in advance. Pictures are updated regularly to offer the clearest and most accurate representation of the vehicle size, condition and layout. It is always recommended to visit the location beforehand, when possible, to allow for clearer expectations and/or select the desired vehicle. Regardless, it appears that you made the best out of it and overall the first experience was also a learning experience. We value your feedback and are always striving to improve. I would like to first apologize for the inconvenience you suffered with the travel trailer. It is always our hope that every customer go and come with nothing but fun in between. All of our vehicles are regularly and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using commercial grade chemical treatments. These treatments kill bacteria, mold, viruses and in most cases ward off existing critters or critters that may attempt to enter the vehicle. Additionally, due to the mobile nature of the vehicles, they don't typically lend themselves to infestation. Although I do not deny your findings, we, unfortunately, found no evidence of the trailer being infested or having roaches. Texas roaches are a common problem at campgrounds and picnic areas, which can easily brought into the vehicle unknowingly. Regardless of how the critters entered the vehicle, I deeply apologize and understand the inconvenience and frustration that you experienced. As to the leveling of the vehicle, this can only be accomplished using the front tongue jack for leveling front to back or physically driving up onto blocks for side to side leveling. As explained during checkout, the on-board stabilizing jacks are used only for stabilizing. Your business is much appreciated and we would love the opportunity to service you in the future.
