Tough customer service experience. They keep deposits for weeks after rental return. Very nitpicky on rental return. Expect to be milked for every dollar they can get out of you. Generally rude and slow customer care. Also - despite unsubscribing from mail list, i keep getting their SPAM.

Negative: I unsubscribed from their mailing list half a dozen times over the last 3 years and I keep getting mail. But the owner states thats resolved now. Positive: so, on a good note, I had a good business experience with them and they were easy to deal with. Other than those pesky emails I would use them again.
