I honestly cannot describe how much you should avoid this service at all costs. I made a large order of around 130dollars, of which I didn't receive about 80% of the products. Instead they sent me bags of potatoes which is odd because I hadn't ordered any bags of vegetables. What frozen items I did actually receive were completely defrosted when I acquired them and had to go immediately in the bin. Including ice cream that was actually liquid. When I requested a refund they have denied my refund and have restricted my account and left with no way to contact them. This is has resulted in in me paying around 130 dollars for some toilet paper and several bags of potatoes. This is out right theft

Compra en Supermercado DÍA online a través de Amazon: Por favor, no compréis jamás online en Amazon comida de supermercado de DÍA. Han tenido la vergüenza de ponerme dos bolsas de zanahorias negras, podridas y echando líquido. ¿No habría sido más fácil sustituirlas o decirnos simplemente que no hay? Me parece insultante que se atrevan a hacer algo así . ¿Y si hubiera sido algo más y no me hubiese dado cuenta? Es completamente inadmisible que vendan productos así . Me da igual en precio de las zanahorias , es el hecho en sí . Es ser capaces de poner un producto a la venta en malas condiciones de consumo. Quiero hacerlo público para difundir y animar a reclamar este tipo de injusticias . Buen día a todos.

Well I ordered my very first Amazon fresh order today. I was so excited to get the items I ordered. The prices seemed really great, but then my order came. My lettuce had a frozen water bottle sitting on it which ruined half the salad bag. But worse than that is that out of 12 items, only 6 actually were delivered. Amazon refunded the missing items not the salad bag. Plus I had to go to the store to buy the missing items. Not too happy with the service. Too bad!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Amazon Fresh. My order was not delivered at the scheduled time, which caused a lot of inconvenience. What is even more frustrating is that the delivery was not completed even on the same day. I contacted customer care and informed them about the issue, but there was no proper resolution or follow-up. Despite raising the concern, the order was still not delivered as promised. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when customers rely on timely delivery for essential items. I hope Amazon Fresh takes this feedback seriously and improves its delivery reliability and customer support.

Amazon Grocery simply sucks. Use Kroger or just go to the store yourself because that the ONLY way you will get what you want. The Ai coustomer service is an absolute joke.

Horrible , tratan fatal al cliente te mandan la compra en mal estado rota con líquido en las bolsas y la repartidora al menos rubia , con gafas algo fuerte que trabajo el pasado 02 de abril en Fuenlabrada es la peor profesional jamás nunca visto dejándome las bolsas llenas de leche mojadas en mal estado en la puerta de mi casa ! Fui a consumo ! No compren jamás allí horrible

Tonight, I was going to shop at Whole Foods, not Fresh, when I asked Brave a question and landed on Trustpilot. So, I've been reading many Reviews,2025 into 2026 from UK and US. I wish that I could write that I feel fortunate not to have had any of the poor and worse experiences others have had with Amz Fresh. Unfortunately, I have experienced every single situation written in those reviews. And, yes, I too get passed around CS, sometimes wasting hours depending upon the $$s and the severity of the problem. In addition to being asked to jump through multiple hoops for a possible refund/replacement, I'm made to feel like a liar or thief. As a disabled, solo-senior, it's really disheartening to eventually just give up, lose the funds, and go without, again. The end result is not only persistent hunger but the loneliness of being led to believe that "There must be something about me that has given Amazon CS staff reason to consistently treat me like this. Or, I simply don't matter" Thanks to all Reviewers for taking the time to honestly Review, which lets me know that it's not me.
