It’s been at least a few weeks since the Amazon grocery delivery app isn’t working. You go to search for something, even for a product you’ve gotten many times before and it comes up with irrelevant items. EVERY TIME. Horrible. I cancelled my delivery subscription. It worked for months and months but no longer. I’ve reported it two times and they say they’ll take care of it- to no avail. So bloody frustrating!!

Por mi experiencia, lo único que es un desastre total es el servicio de entrega. Ineficàcia total de los repartidores.... Entregas en otro piso, un par de veces, y se lo quedaron. Por suerte, Amazon respondió y volvió a enviar el pedido. Es una pena, porque para mí todo está muy bien, calidad de los productos, precio. Respeto a las frutas y verduras, ya se sabe que te la juegas. Si mejorarán el reparto, sería casi de 10.

நான் அமேசான் fresh ல்₹704 க்கு 5 லி presto பாத்திரம் கழுவும் திரவம் order செய்து இருந்தேன் கடந்த 29/4/26 அன்று குறிப்பிட்ட முகவரியில் delivery செய்து விட்டதாக msg வந்தது ஆனால் 18/5/26 வரை ஆர்டர் எனக்கு கிடைக்கவில்லை நான் இதுவரை customer care தொடர்பு கொள்ள முயற்சித்து 15/5/26 வரை முடியவில்லை ₹704 என்பது என்னை பொறுத்தவரை பெரிய தொகை அமேசான் delivery person க்கு கொஞ்சம் கூட பொறுமை இல்லை நான் சொல்ல வருவதை கேட்க கூட அவர்கள் தயாராக இல்லை Customer care office இருந்து நீங்கள் valid phone number இருந்து பேசவில்லை என்கிறார்கள் பொறுப்பான பதில் இல்லை S.Maheswaran 9629091909

Very bad experience with Amazon fresh. I gave my order for only 6 grocery items yesterday and paid online. The timings of delivery is 8-10 AM up to now still waiting for the items to be delivered. No customer service available to assist and when I called the delivery boy he says my ordered items got damaged and got spilled with oil so he's returning it to the shop and we have to reorder it. This is ridiculous! Not my problem or fault it got damaged! It's the delivery executives and th shops fault if they packed them properly this issues could have been avoided! I haven't even got my order and while checking on it to be delivered it says delayed and found out from the delivery guy it's damaged! And on top of that we have to reorder it! What a very bad experience! I needed the items immediately for cooking. Waited for 2 hours then found out they can't deliver it! We could have gone to the shop nearby our place and got all the items without any troubles. Now even to reorder nobody's there to assist. No customer support team available! This is very bad. Amazon is becoming very unreliable and unsatisfactory in dealing with orders and deliveries !l! Please do not order from Amazon. So many parcels were missing. Their delivery boys were very lazy to deliver it on your doorstep so much so the items ordered were missing! Now this groceries were so delayed and causing too much inconvenience! This does not happen in Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or Big Basket. What a ridiculous experience. Can't even talk to the customer support team to complain about this issues. It's really disappointing!!

I older food on may 4,2026 I send $126.61 I have not received some of my items and a few items was damaged my next door neighbor have a camera I seen the Amazon worker kicking my bag while he was carrying the water. And if I could post a video, I would have post a video of it linked to this comment.He also had a female with him helping him. I called customer service and told her that I didn’t receive some items and some of my items was damaged. Then she gonna tell me she had proof that my items was in the bag and it did get delivered to my door. It didn’t make sense to me because if the bag is supposed to be closed, how can you tell was the items was in the bag when it left Amazon to my door. I also told her about the camera that my next-door neighbor has and it shows your worker -Amazon kicking my bag on the floor. She told me she gonna investigate it. She said She’s gonna contact the person that packed the bags and she’s gonna contact the person that delivered the bag and it’s gonna take 5 to 7 business days for her to reach back out to me. I sent her pictures of the damage items no refund. I so happen to look today in my email. insane from Amazon fresh share my feedback and it takes about 7 to 10 minutes and I will not be contacted about my feedback so the link does not lead to their website. terminate accounts, and terminate the use of Amazon I did not respond back to me. I’ve seen this and I’m posting it up there they knew I was gonna leave a nasty review. They didn’t want that to be on website i’m telling everybody stop ordering off of Amazon and Amazon fresh that’s a easy way to get your money when people put the wrong shit in your bag or do not give you your shit and then think that somebody scamming their ass I ain’t got a scam nobody

I ordered a small amount of groceries today..I needed cat litter,cat treats and bananas. I checked off what I needed,and ordered 5 bananas. When I received the order,I got 5 BUNCHES OF BANANAS,not 5 single ones..Lucky for me, I reached a wonderful customer service rep, that issued a refund. The food here is STALE,OLD,AND extremely badly packaged. NEVER AGAIN WILL I order from AMAZON Fresh!

I have been awake since 9am and my delivery was supposed to come between 11 and 1pm, at around 11:30 I had my neighbors children knocking my door to ask if I ordered some shopping and I said I had why they said "there's bags of shopping that have been left next to the lift" I open the doors I find my shopping has been dumped next to the lift half the bags hanging open and no delivery person to be seen! Just dumped my shopping and left no notice of delivery didn't buzz my door nothing! Thank God for my lovely neighbors, otherwise all my shopping could have been taken and I eould have been out of pocket shoddy service, no way to make complaint as it says customer service not available in regards to the fresh delivery.

I wonder why Amazon Fresh doesn't give you a choice up front as to whether you want night delivery or not? In an online order made late afternoon I discovered too late I couldn't change it or contact anyone not long afterwards. A lot of times for our building delivery workers cant get past our gate which has no code. Acvorrding to instuctionss, the driver has to look 4 the last name to be buzzed in or use an automatic device.I wonder if there is a supervision communication disconnect? Also, there is no customer service person to quickly contact when needed live or online. A lot of the steps I've tried to go through in the Amazon app don't fit the issue and you cant fully write it out even though ypu are within your own account. Thanks.
