Altra employees are always helpful and very peasant to work with no matter how small whatever the issue is. Always a positive experience.

When going to the credit Union, and feeling my usual little anxieties at such times, or calling in for an agent (which I don’t want to do), I feel relieved by the warm and friendly way they try to fulfill the request even it’s something out of their range. I’ve been with Altra since about 2009. It’s a specially good place for banking.

Altra offers professionalism when dealing with her members. I am proud and feel welcome whenever I am been served by an employee of altra. They are trusted, reliable, and very friendly when helpful customers and members needs.

I do most of my banking online. There have been several times when I needed help from one of the staff to complete a more complex banking issue. In each of those cases, I've found whoever I've dealt with to be very competent and very helpful to achieve my goal. That personal touch contrasts with the impersonal hands-off approach from national banks

The employees are guest-centric. They are helpful and kind and patient with questions!

I used ING for banking before they were bought by Capital One. I loved how they would answer as a human without an ivr. I could talk to someone who had the authority to get things done. I ran as fast as I could away from them after the buyout. Went through a bunch of credit unions with less than stellar results. I found Altra and have worked with so many helpful people. I immediately moved all my personal and business banking to them. I have literally never had a single complaint through the years. They are my go to for everything financial. Please don't change Altra. A quick special shout out to Chris Harrison on the business side and Monica La Fleur on the personal banking side. You are part of what makes Altra great.
