Its life changing after the October 15th, 2025 update to be able to order the accounts how you want to show them. 10/10! I have worked with Carol Ostrom, she's spectacular!

Altra FCU has always provided the best rates in the area, even outcompeting online-only banks, which often times have better rates (with no brick-and-mortar overhead costs). Along with great rates, I can always count on them being able to quickly help me in-person at any branch location. They help me get information I need and are patient and kind - their actions show they value ALL members time after time.

Molly Beal was so helpful with the Fraud incident. She helped get our finances protected and kept us calm. She knew the questions to ask and what she could do and what we needed to do. Both my husband and I are grateful to have such a knowledgeable resource as Molly Beal.

My experience was exceptional and cannot say enough great things about Ben Haines. I have always struggled with consistent payments and financial stability and Ben put my full trust back into Altra Federal Credit Union. He walked through the process with me and discussed options on how I can make my account right. He talked with me with compassion, understanding and care, he deserves all the best. Once again, thank you Ben Haines

Kelly Korish was PHENOMINAL is helping us purchase our dream home!! I can't say enough about how easy she made the process, and I love how Altra sent a timeline of where we were, so we always knew what was going on. A friend of mine was trying to buy a home at the same time from a certain bank, and their experience was such a stark contrast to mine that it made me realize how great Altra really is! Thank you!!

I wanted to take the time for management to recognize Kristlyne Vasquez for assisting me. I have been in person paying on a truck pymt for 2 years due to avoiding the fee that is charged online. I have asked about this when in the bank on how to avoid the fee I was never provided a clear answer. Kristyne took the time to help me set up my account online registering me and we made the payment. She is awesome and very professional. Thank you so much for working with me and taking time out of your day to step aside and assist me. Please recognize her as she is a valuable asset to your organization. Thanks, Tracy C.
