The online banking is impossible
The online banking is impossible. I have tried to set up my account so that I dont have to pay the $10 every month. I finally just gave up.

Hi Lori, Without knowing your full account information, I believe you're referring to our Make a Payment site where you can register as a user to avoid the $10 payment fee on a loan. Unable to access my account
Unable to access my account. followed instructions but it did not work. Altra's system is not user friendly, I struggle to sign on every time I want to review the status of my account. Instructions give on line don't seem to work. Never had such bad experience with other providers.

Im a new member and was having some…
Im a new member and was having some issues, after trying via chat, Alex was kind enough to call me and actually walk me through the whole thing. Alex is awesome and A#1... So I hope he gets some kudos from Altra for not only doing his job but going above and beyond what he really had to do.. It was such a pleasure!!!!

Fix your mobile banking system
Fix your mobile banking system, so it’s not down once a month or more! I may be moving my accounts because of this problem, which seems you cannot fix!
