ATM service is quick and easy to use. Best in the business. Outside was out of cash so went into lobby to bget cash. No one addressed me or recognized my presence.

My daughter just paid off her previous…
My daughter just paid off her previous car loan at ALTRA and has a very good credit score yet when the SUBARU dealership attempted to get the loan we were told she CANT 6.99 % that is advertised and would have to apply for a credit card to get the lower rate. We ended up financing with Subaru and she was hoping to finance with Altra.

Waiting on the phone takes forever and…
Waiting on the phone takes forever and once it is answered they forward your call putting you back into the wait loop, emails go un answered and online chat no longer exists or can be found if it does exist yet. I’m simply trying to get a verification number to use Apple Wallet with my Altra cards and they have ignored every request. Their service is abhorrent and inexcusable.

Loan application was over the phone
Loan application was over the phone. Having had previous dealings with the credit union helped. Much personal attention and prompt service was expected, and they came through.

impossible website
this is the hardest, worst website I have ever been on. cannot pay my loan on this. I just called today to get a payment book. have not did a payment book forever. I am thinking on changing my loan to another bank. I call and they always say you must of put in the wrong numbers for my checking or loan.
