I love Alt Fragrances and the wonderful fragrances I get to purchase at an affordable price. The customer service is another big plus. Whenever I reach out to customer service support, they respond to me swiftly and consider me with empathy; and better yet, a resolution every time. I appreciate this.

Very disappointing experience with ALT. Fragrances. My package was apparently lost, but nobody informed me about it. I only found out after contacting them myself and asking what was happening with my order. By that point, I had already been waiting for more than two months. What makes the situation even worse is that when I asked for a refund, I was told that a refund was not possible and that they could only offer me a replacement or store credit. I don't think this is acceptable. If an order never arrives and the package is confirmed as lost, especially after making a customer wait for over two months, a refund should at least be an option. The lack of communication was probably the most frustrating part. I shouldn't have to chase a company after two months just to find out that my package was lost. Very poor customer service and definitely not the experience I expected. I would not order from them again.

My first order arrived as an empty package (it was clear somewhere along the delivery route someone cut it open and stole it). I contacted alt fragrances and advised them. They immediately sent out a new order and it arrived in a timely fashion. I am satisfied with their customer service and their products (its my 2nd time purchasing).

ALT Fragrances has truly exceeded my expectations! Their products are amazing, and the quality speaks for itself. What impressed me just as much was their exceptional customer service. The entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable from beginning to end. They genuinely make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another order or number in a queue waiting to be dispatched. That level of care and personal attention makes a huge difference. I highly recommend ALT Fragrances to anyone looking for great products backed by an outstanding customer experience!

The support I received was wonderful. The team responded quickly, showed genuine care, and made the whole situation so much easier. Even though the issue was frustrating, the way it was handled left me with a very positive impression. Thank you for being so attentive and kind.

Received seven fragrances. Had one missing and they sent it out straight away. Definitely enjoyed most of what i got, Reality is probably my favorite but they’re all pretty solid. Theres only one or two of the seven i’m not fully sold on yet. I feel like they could be higher quality but they’re great for the price.

The fragrances are wonderful. You'd never know they aren't the originals. They are also very quick to resolve issues. Their customer service is great!
