I love the fact that an issue will get fixed right away, if it’s in their control. The only thing I would recommend them doing better on is their packaging. Other than that, love the scents that I received and I placed another order as well!

ALT Fragrances has been my go-to for when I need perfume! I have already ordered several times and tried different scents. I will put it on at 6am and after working all day without reapplying more, I will get compliments much later in the night at like 7pm by random people who walk past me! Not only has the product exceeded my expectations, but their customer service has as well! I did receive the wrong bottle and sent an email, they legit replied within one minute and sent me out the correct order the same day! My current favs right now are Crystal and Splash. If you haven't tried them yet, seriously don't wait any longer!
