Great fragrances and excellent customer service! My package came with some leaking bottles so they immediately sent me another package of 3 bottles for free!

I spoke with of of their representatives over email about a minor inconvenience that occurred to my order I have ordered plenty times and this time there was an inconvenience due to weather and the shipping company. ALT. Frangances applied the correct support along side with very fast responses and took action immediately. Will continue buying and being a loyal customer. I purchased 5 fragrances and love them all! They are perfect dupes for the more expensive name brands. I did have an issue with a couple bottles that leaked on delivery. I reached out to customer support and they responded very fast to my email and addressed my problem immediately. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered a store credit or replacement. I am very satisfied with Alt and will continue to purchase from them. Their fragrances are perfect and customer support was top notch! Thank you Alt!
