Outstanding customer service! I had an order delivered that was partially damaged. A replacement bottle was sent to me, at no charge. In addition to great smelling fragrances, your customer service has earned you all a repeat customer! Thank you!

I received my order very quickly but one of the bottles wasn’t completely closed so the perfume leaked out. I sent a message and received a response very quickly saying I would get another bottle. I order online all the time and this was the first time I was responded to so quickly.

This has been my second time ordering. I was shocked the first time how identical to the original, these fragrance are. Plus if you have any issues support is always quick to assist. I can’t wait to receive my second order.

I added the wrong shipping address during checkout. I immediately emailed support, and within 24 hours, Karimunnisa was gracious enough to rectify the issue for me.

I saw the the add on social media. I desided to try it. I absolutely love the Crystal 23. I just turned a co worker onto it also, she purchased. Ppl complement me. It's a great perfume! I wish to try samples of the others? Do you offer tiny samples? You should, I'll pay shipping! Thanks again for the couple and email!
