Rapid response once I voiced my disappointment. I have recently purchased several bottles of fragrance and I have found a few of them have the spray head loose and leaking. Improvement in Quality Assurance is needed.

I have really enjoyed my experience with ALT. Their fragrances are fantastic! They are spot on! I've compared the ALT to the OG and they are virtually identical. ALT lasts a long time!!! Other fragrances fade within a few hours, but my ALT, while it softens, lasts all day. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. I had a bottle leak during shipping. That happens. They responded quickly, professionally and appropriately. Can't say enough good about this company! Hope they stay around for a long time. They have become my go-to fragrance provider!

One of my bottles came in damaged and I wrote support and they immediately responded and sent a new one that day. But besides that the product is amazing hands down. The executive 26 is perfect when going out social events or dates. The Spliss NO 100 is perfect for indoor settings such as work, gym, casual hangouts,the smell is fresh like fresh out of shower fresh 😎. Great product and customer service.
