Placed my order and it arrived in a timely manner. One of my bottles was damaged, but after contacting customer support they had a replacement shipped in no time. Love all the perfume I have ordered for them!

Alt accidentally sent me the wrong fragrance. I emailed support and received a response before I could log out of my email. The alt team went above and beyond to correct the issue immediately. Customer service is definitely a 10/10.

ALT. Fragrances produces an outstanding product which alone would keep me coming back. After my recent order I received a personal thank you email which proved to me that the customer service and customer care at the company is setting a higher bar for other companies to follow. I would highly recommend purchasing your colognes and perfumes from ALT. Fragrances!!
