I’ve been ordering fragrances from ALT for a while now and I have always had a good experience! Good prices and high quality products!

I placed an order for the wrong Fragrance, I then sent an email, it was answered in very quick time, they exchanged the order for the right one and sent it off on its way.

I have tried 3-4 different scents. They were all pretty nice attempts to replicate trade names. My problem is that once I found one I really like, Shadow Leather, I found that they arent consistent. The second bottle did not smell the same as the first purchase. If they cant be consistent, they arent useful. Customer service told me I could ship it back to the AT MY EXPENSE, for store credit. This is not service, it passive aggressive diversion. So, I cant really recommend them.

I purchased Stiletto, was very excited to use it but it smelled like alcohol. It did not smell good at all. I understand this store does not do refunds and only provides store credit. I wasted $6 to ship the perfume to me and another $6 to ship the perfume back. Now add another $6 bucks for shipping when I order a different perfume since I don’t want my money/store credit going to waste. Very disappointed. Most companies now offer free returns. Wasted money.
