I would never order from this company again. I recieved 2 duplicate orders and they charged me for 2. What am i going to do with 8 bottles of perfume? They wont refund my money because they only give credit. This was their error, not mine! Terrible customer service! Beware! Barbara

I'm very impressed with ALT Fragrances. When I did not like the fragrance I received, I asked if I could return it for a credit. They gave me the address to return the item and to use any carrier I chose. When I decided that I didn't want to spend the time to go to a carrier, I asked if I needed to return the item and they said, "No, because we don't send a return slip, you do not need to return the item." Very helpful! I will continue to use this company. I just received Stardust, the knockoff to Taylor Swift's scent and LOVE it! Thank you for being very custom service oriented!
