Alt perfumes are great and so the service.

Everything from the website, pricing, shipping was great! Fast and easy. Cologne was perfect! However, what really stood out was the customer service. I purchased a 3 combo cologne set. Personally only liked 1 since they were all blind buys. I past the time frame to return/exchange and never used 2 of the colognes. I reached out to customer service and they still honored the exchange with no issues. I recently received my exchange and I absolutely love the exchange I made. Absolutely will do business again.

I have been using ALT Fragrances for over two years now and I love it. I get a lot of compliments on the selection of colognes I select from their list and not that but the bundle pack is a great way to have range in different cologne choices. 10/10 recommend!

Customer Service responded to my email regarding my damaged shipment the same day, and issued me a new bottle the same day, as well. Prompt service/response keeps customers!

I give Crystal 23 five stars. Will buy again, but a larger bottle next time. It's my first time trying Crystal 23, and buying from you, it took me a minute to get into the fragrance, but once I did, it's AMAZING. I like to rub my fragrances in, but it states on the directions don't rub. It would be nice if you offered roll on bottles as well. Thank you, my perfume came in sooner then stated by customer service. I wish you all offered the duplicate perfume called: Nine West, and you can called yours: West or Nine. It is a very nice perfume and fragrance, and very expensive. They are selling used ones on eBay for over $400 dollars, and some of them are not full. Thank you again for your service. I will be purchasing other perfumes from you. I am now a loyal customer.
