I recently ordered a package from ALT. One of the bottles were broken during transit, saturating the entire package and return label. I reached out to customer service asking if anything could be done. I am so impressed with their customer service. Big shoutout to Lucas and his team at customer support. He responded to me within 30 minutes and sent out a replacement. I didn’t expect a response so fast let alone a replacement shipped out the same day. This is my second purchase and I will continue to order from this company because they really value their customers. Their products are amazing as well as their customer service.

I forgot to put in my street address so I emailed customer service. Lucas got back to me right away. He fixed my issue and sent out my product out for delivery. He was so friendly and made the whole process so easy. Superb customer service and because of that I will order again. Thank you Lucas!

Alt Fragrances has some amazing colognes and perfumes at a great price. Their customer service is also fantastic. I had one bottle leak during shipping and once a received the wrong size bottle. Both time I emailed them and they immediately corrected the issue. I can't recommend Alt Fragrances enough. If you have tried their products yet you definitely should.

Alt Fragrances crafts absolutely perfect clones of high end fragrances that smell fantastic, last long, and are extremely affordable. I consistently get compliments on my fragrance throughout the day regardless of how long it's been since I applied the scent. I had some leaking bottles on my recent deliver and I emailed customer support to provide pictures and feedback... within an hour I recieved an email with an apology and a replacement shipment was already on the way. Alt already had me as a repeat customer with their top tier products, but the amazing customer support and responsiveness ensured my lifelong fan status.

Today is January 12 I have given the crystal 23 time hoping it would get better but it has not. Maybe it just isn’t a good scent for me. After the initial very light cedar smell it faded into obscurity never to be smelled again. The company ships fast and carefully so I had no problem with that. I won’t be trying any of the other scents in the future for me personally it really didn’t work.
