Highly acceptable to be an Alt of the Original brands. Almost identical if not identical. I just wish they expand to more brands.

Love their style of products and I've always experienced great customer care.

I placed an order on July 27th and on July 29th they created a label for DHL. After 3 weeks I never received the package that was supposed to arrive on August 4th. Speaking to support (I don't understand all these positive reviews on CS) I was told several times: wait two days and then write to us again. Nothing. Then I was told: the package was sent but the courier did not update the shipment, another time that the package was lost by the courier. Speaking to DHL instead they confirmed that they created the label and never delivered it. After dozens of emails they told me they would resend it and they never did. What can I say, absolutely do not buy from this company and I lost $200. Totally disappointed by customer support too. PS: I asked for information on the Facebook group, they never approved the post.

The fragrances are spot on and have great lasting power. When there was an issue with my order they resolved it quick and easy. I will continue to order from them!

Here is a positive review for ALT. Fragrances based on your feedback: I recently purchased three scents from ALT. Fragrances, and they all smell great! I especially love "Miami Nights." I did have an issue with the shipping, but I emailed support and they were quick to reply and resolve the problem. The customer service was fantastic, and I'll definitely be a returning customer!

I purchased a bottle of ALT Crystal 23 because of all the testimonial's I saw on Instagram. I love the scent but was disappointed at the short-term length of it lasting on me while wearing. The company contacted me for my review and when told how I felt, they offered me a coupon for another purchase. I was very appreciative of their concern.

Alt is great and is everything I heard they were. Great, quality, long lasting scents at a fraction of the cost. Will be a repeat customer.
