Poor service. Trying to contact them many times regarding the said loss Item I ordered and NO response. Keep ignoring my emails. Base on the tracking my item never left Orlando. I ask to refund my money but NO reply from them after 3 consecutive days email. I’m not sure if Alt Fragrance is a SCAM.

Excellent customer service.

Alt fragrances are great, they are nicely priced and the customer service is great. The only issue I’ve had is with the bottles which have leaked. I didn’t remove any stars because that’s costly for the company not me as they have sent out replacements immediately. Their “dupes” are almost an exact match, especially when sprayed on clothing.

First... I took a chance on this bc I already have a fav fragrance. I selected Dream Chaser... it completely delivered! Second, my order initially was "stuck" somewhere. It was as easy as me sending an email. The response... and, new delivery was quick. Customer service rep was polite and professional!! I am a fan!!! DEFINITELY 5⭐️s!!!

I ordered a product a month ago and I have not seen it or gotten any information until I requested it. I really needed more updates and I need my gift of this perfume. as soon as y’all can handle this please send it on. My credit card has already been charged and I have no product. Its been a month

The fragrances smell delicious and just like the real version. I am also impressed by the customer service. I had a bottle that was leaking, and they shipped out the replacement immediately.

I ordered the Executive NO.26 and it smells absolutely amazing. It is by far my favorite cologne now. It's what I've been trying to find for years now. A couple days after receiving the bottle the atomizer (spray button) had an issue with it sticking in. I reached out to ALT to let them know and they have replaced the bottle. They were more than happy and willing to. Their customer service is just as good as the quality of their fragrances!!
