For an online vape store," I have to say, they are the best!" Alternative vapes has wide selection, & great prices too. ships fairly quickly. I had bought a vape. come to find out it was defective. Sam the person who had helped me with this issue, I had a refund in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend alternative vapes! A satisfied alternative vape customer, Bridget

I was skeptical about ordering online and I took a chance and have not been disappointed to this day. Products and prices are a great thing. Been ordering thru them ever since. Customer service so far is also very nice and respectful. Respond to any emails timely and get results. Thank you all at alternativepods.com you all are amazing.

Love alternative Pods. Great prices. I had a little delay on my shipment so I email them. They responded within hours and had an answer right away.

I have been using this site for a long time and the customer service has been consistently exceptional! They are super quick to respond and to resolve an issue if one arises. Their prices are also unbeatable. Highly recommend!

I have been using alternative pods ever since my cousin showed me their website a little over a year ago. They always have the vaps and flavors I want and I have never had a problem with a bad or faulty vape. I never have to worry what the local vape shop has in store anymore and that is very refreshing. And on top of that, their prices are so good they are saving me money! Especially with the additional coupons from signing up with them. The only issue I did have so far was handled very quickly by Sam in customer service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. I plan on using AP for many future orders, they are the best in the business!

I ordered from this store and i had emailed them to correct a mistake on order and I hadn’t got a reply as quickly as i wanted i tried to call but couldnt get in touch and for a moment i thought this was a scam. Lo and behold Sam did email back and did make correction and i got my vapes in 2 days. I am very happy and will continue from now on to do business with these folks.

Always great product and great service!

Great customer service and very fast shipping! My husband and I have tried other online shops but Alternative Pods have all the others beat by far!! Their deals are unbeatable and products are great!
