They shorted me 2 capes and aren't responding to emails to resolve it watch out or they'll keep your money too

By far some of the best customer service I’ve experienced from a company in a long time. Responded to my emails right away, were able to accommodate my mistake and helped fix it for me quickly. They usually always have plenty of what I like in stock and if for some odd chance it’s sold out it’s usually back in stock within a couple days. Their prices are the best on the internet and they usually ship the same day I place my order. I haven’t and won’t use any other websites to order my vapes. I also really like how they are upgrading the websites user interface.

Great with their costumers and products! Thank you for being a great company! :)

They have a great selection of products. Customer service is fantastic. If I have had any issue with a product customer service gets back to me quickly and has always resolved any issues I may encounter. Very satisfied with their services and products

I have been buying from Alternative Vape for a while now and have never had a bad experience. They always have exactly what I want. They have great prices. Fast shipping. And the one time I received an item that didnt work, they were very fast about helping me and refunding. I recommend Alternative Vape to everyone that I know!

I get my vapes for a great price and I have tried quite a few, I think that the company is great they always get back to me fast and they always fix the problem or answer any questions about the vapes, I have tried other sights and I think that the price here and the choice is unbelievable compared to others, I highly recommend it.

Great customer service and quick response time!

I made a mistake by buying a bulk of the wrong flavor and customer service Sam was so helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions.
