I have reached out and I have not heard anything. I received my package and one vape was sealed properly, and the other one was not. When you use the one that was not sealed, it makes a sizzling noise.

The shipping was said to be 3-4 days. Ended up taking over a week to ship

Both the elf bars I purchased auto fired and I had to throw them away. I emailed asking for a refund and didn’t get a response

Out of the 10 pack, I used four and it seemed to me that the order before was better. This recent order cool mint onee are half full. Could tell by the difference in onee weight with unopened from last order.

It took a whole week to receive my order. They didn’t ship it until 2 days later. And day 6, they updated it to “arriving late”, which was supposed to be on Friday but when it said it arrived into my mailbox, it wasn’t there. This morning I was about to leave for work and finally saw it in my mailbox

I ordered two Rare flows and one was leaking all over the package and broken - reached out to customer service but did not receive a response.

Ordering process was user friendly, and the vape arrived within 3 days of order. I ordered a clearance disposable vape to save a couple bucks. The vape was not functioning on arrival as the light wouldn't come on nor would vape come out. I reached out to the company via text and email (as indicated on their website as theor preferred methods of contact) asking for help, and after 5 days of not hearing from Alternative Pods I am leaving this review. It is not worth it to me to try and save a few bucks and receive a malfunctioned unit and not have any help from customer service. I learned my lesson, and I will be buying from my local vape store instead. Goodbye Alternative Pods.

I have received a few defective disposable vapes a few orders ago. I have yet to get any assistance in solving the matter. I have contacted customer service 4x. I spent around $100-200 per month and its frustrating to not get good customer service. I also never get coupon codes or discounts. I get them all the time from other online vape companies that I don't even shop at.
