Customer service with Sam has been great!! Very helpful when I had a few issues and worked to correct the issue. I have been very pleased with ordering from here

Great company overall they respond to all emails and support to make sure your order is correct

They have a great selection of products. Customer service is fantastic. If I have had any issue with a product customer service gets back to me quickly and has always resolved any issues I may encounter. Very satisfied with their services and products

Fast shipping but weary of returns. I had a few faulty vapes, I returned 3 and only got credit for one!

The order came as promised, as always. It was easy to order, and the customer service is good. The problem I had: The listing on the site was a bit misleading. ELFBAR products are reliable and a good price. Another company, LUUM, put ELF in the model name of their device . I initially wanted a product called an ELFBAR 5000 that has 13mL of juice. The product I ordered was called ELF VIP 6000 so it appeared to be an even larger device. It also cost more, which would have made sense for a larger device. I ordered it - 15 of them in fact. And the ELF VIP6000 turned out to be a 12 ML device - a knockoff of the regular ELFBAR, but with slightly less juice. For more money… So, some of the pricing doesn’t make sense, or is not following what the product actually is. And although there is a product description on the site, I have found some of that info incorrect in the past. So I thought the more expensive device, called ELf6000 just copied the description of the 5000 and the ML amount was wrong. Surely, since the 5000 contains 12-13, the 6000 has more, right? Nope. ELFBAR is great. The LUUM product is the type that tastes more chemically, and all the flavors taste pretty similar, although they’re named different things (watermelon blueberry vs cherry ice, for example. Overall, not Alternative Pods fault - it’s the unregulated market of cheap foreign knockoffs, the unstable nature of the vape industry caused by current regulatory confusion, and the fault of unscrupulous manufacturers who play fast and loose with descriptions and naming because they want to make a quick(er) buck.

Affordable. Easy to order. Good delivery time.

Price is great but sometimes shipping is very long
