Great customer service, very efficient company, great vape selections eith affordable prices.

Excellent communication & customer service!

This was our second very successful order with Alternative Pods. I had an issue with my order. I emailed them about it & they fixed the problem immediately for me. I received this order a few days later, earlier than I anticipated. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

I’ve been ordering from Alternativepods.com (not to be confused with alternative-pods.com) for almost a year now. Their prices are unbeatable and I’ve searched A LOT. I only recently had a reason to write customer service about an ordering issue that happened on the website and they responded quickly assuring me my order would ship correctly. I received the order today and it was in fact correct. I’m not sure what the issue is with the website messing up quantities and hope that is fixed soon, but overall my experience has been great with this company and would highly recommend them!

Alternative Pods is a trustworthy company and their customer service is awesome! I buy Juul pods from them and they are always fresh and the price is great! Thank you again AP!

Their customer service goes above and beyond. I've never had an issue with these guys. If anything does happen, they quickly rectify the situation and make sure you're well taken care of.

Their customer service was exceptional. They were quick and efficient with my reply, credit and replies. The prices are unbelievable, and shipping is quick. Would highly recommend this company for any of your vape needs.

These people are awesome! They go above and beyond to get your vape to you! I wouldn't go anywhere else! My orders have always been right, and they're very affordable! I trust them 100%.
