I did already 5 orders so far with this company and can’t be happier. They always ship the orders same day and with my orders when I’m ordering 10 disposable and up they are giving me 1 free. Hands up for this company. Good customer service and Authentic products!

I've changed my review from 5 to 1 star! After spending hundreds of dollars with this place, they shorted me on an order and never sent me the rest of my order. They assured me that the rest of my order was going to be sent out immediately but it never happened. Horrible customer service and they obviously dont care about loyal customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

Ordered 16 puff bar plus disposables and all of the serials numbers came back fake or already checked. Contacting them for a full refund or will file with credit card company.

Not happy at all. Ordered 3 packages of pods and all but one single pod out of 13 individual pods leaked everywhere to the point where it was suicide to open the package... And the single pod that somehow didn't leak spits like a baseball player. Plus the pod packages were just thrown in a thin, plastic mail package not tied together, no cushion to prevent squishing the package, etc. I will never order from here again.

I order 3 bidi sticks. One didn’t work. The company issued store credit. I have contacted them several times by email and text to use the store credit. No one will respond. I will never do business with alternativepods again and wanted to let others know of my experience. Patty W.

I ordered Mint Zalt pods and when they arrived the liquid was a dark brown color. Reached out to customer service and they advised the pods were safe and dark color was due to being stored several months in warehouse. They claimed pods could be stored up to 18 months without issue. Pods leaked into Juul and I fried 3 of them. Very good response the 1st contact but after that....nothing. Be careful ordering from them.
