We ordered a pair of rattann chaise lounges and they arrived in less than a week. When assembling we noticed split rattan on three areas and contacted Tiffany at customer service to request replacement parts. After reviewing the photos we sent, we were offered a new pair of chaises without returning the damaged chairs. We were thrilled to have this generous resolution to our concerns and the chaises are incredibly comfortable and stylish. Many thanks to Alphamart!

I assembled my Triple Vent Market Umbrella and found that I was missing a bolt. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately sent me out a replacement bolt package, The item is great, no other issues.

I purchased 4 chairs and a table from Walmart.com. The chairs and tables took very little time to assemble. One chair swivel bottom was not welded together. I also noticed one arm was missing an end cap. I immediately sent Alphamart a detailed description and photos to remedy the situation. The bottom part came in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately the end cap that was sent was for a different part of the chair. I quickly emailed Tiffany back and she reordered the correct part. She even went so far as to send another end cap just in case it was still the wrong one. I was not paid to write this. I am an honest and hard working elementary school teacher. Things like this happen. I am just glad that the customer service person I worked with bent over backwards to ensure my product was 100% perfect. Thanks Tiffany.

We took our new 13 x 13 canopy to the beach. The wind caught it before we could get it completely setup and bent three of the support rods. I contacted Alphamarts about buying three support rods. They were great to work with and sent us a complete new canopy. Customer service was quick, responsive and great.
