Had purchased a hammock and the main support was bent on arrival. Called customer support and was told the part would be replaced and take 10-14 days to receive. In 2 days the replacement part came, from China. Great support. TY

I ordered 2 bar chairs and recieved them quickly. One bar chair leg was bent and I had to contact customer service via email. Customer Service was great, they figured out what part I needed and quickly shipped it to me. I am very happy with my purchase.

Patio furniture delivered broken, which happens sometimes. However the customer service has been horrible. I originally sent the tracking number, the specific letter of the item labeled on the piece and a photo and it took three emails of needing “more information” from me about the item that was identified in the original email. Customers do not have time to repeat and submit multiple correspondences about the same information. For instance, after emailing, they a manual of the patio furniture for me to identify AGAIN which piece needed replaced and then sent a confirmation email of the wrong piece. The “letter” which identified the piece photo was already provided-should’ve been seamless. Moreover, the redundancy of these emails is adding to the time of delivery for the replacement item. I respectfully included my frustration with the process and was told to “be patient” in emails which is inappropriate. This company needs to improve their customer service etiquette as well as their basic reading comprehension.

I purchased a patio table and the first one had a manufacturing flaw. I contacted Alphamarts and they replaced it immediately. Very nice table and very nice people to work with. Leonard Taylor

This is my first time purchasing from this company. I bought a 3-piece patio bistro set that was on sale. It arrived fairly quickly and it was 90% put together, except the little side table, which didn't take long at all. Good quality furniture. Shipping box was a little damaged and I was surprised that the products weren't damaged because there was no packaging inside to protect the pieces. But, nothing was broken! Love the set! I contacted Customer Service asking about the warranty since there was no information in the manual about it and I received a reply within a day. Fantastic!

This company is a sham. Not sure if the good reviews are from paid people because there’s no way this place would ever get a 5 Star review. To start I ordered a 4 chair set with table for $589. Got the chairs and no table. They started with telling me sorry no table. It’s very clearly in the description of items. Also got two of the chairs put together and they lean so far forward you can’t sit in them. This was supposed to be maid out of wrought iron not aluminum. They refuse to send me a shipping label, they refuse to refund me. I seriously believe they are buying cheap furniture and stamping the brand on the box because these also are very light and since I had wrought iron prior it’s anything but light. This company should be shut down!

Excellent online customer service. I purchased a 5 piece patio set and and I received it within two weeks after purchased. Unfortunately one chair has a factory defect and right away I emailed customer service right away and I attached a photo and a video of the defective chair. After few communications, i received a replacement chair within a week. I am a happy customer.
