I ordered two outdoor patio rockers. When the package arrived two pieces were damaged beyond repair. I contacted the company immediately and they did nothing but give me the runaround for about a week and a half. It was not until I got downright nasty that they finally did the right thing and replace the two pieces that were broke. Chairs=beautiful, customer service=poor.

The first white park bench I received was dented and some of the paint was scraped off I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me out another one to replace it I received it within 5 days or so and I'm happy with it .thank you for all your help .if you get one from them and you have a problem just email customer service and they will make it right.

Purchased a 7pc patio dining set. One seat back was damaged. Contacted customer service and they started the process for a replacement. Received a replacement in a short time. Quick response and gave me a tracking number to follow. Chair fixed in time for family get-together. Great job.

I ordered a 3 piece rattan swivel rocker set. I received one box about 2 weeks ahead of estimated delivery date. The box only contained half the necessary parts. I contacted tje company and was assured that even though the shipment was marked as complete, another box was on its way. I received it a day ir two later. All was great until we got to the second chair and discovered a hole in one of the suspension parts was miss drilled and we couldn't use it. I again contacted the company who immediately sent a replacement part that arrived in anout a week. Set is now assembled and is beautiful! Seems to be good quality. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Great customer service!

I purchased 4 bar high stools for my Deck, they were shipped in 2 boxes, 1 order, 1 box was delivered to the address I gave Alphamarts, but the other one was delivered hundred's miles away and marked delivered and signed for by the shipping company (no name but wears brown) so I called the shipping company and got the run-around, so I called Alphamarts customer service,told them the problem and they said no problem and sent me out 2 chairs and I had them in 2days, I was so relieved because the shipping company said they would have to do a investigation and would take up to 8 days. Alphamarts kept there word, if you have a promblem just call and we will fix it! I am happy with my chairs and very happy with the service of their customer service.

Our order was for 2 umbrellas. Both are superior quality in both materials used in construction and ease of on site build. Shipping to the Midwest was 5 days for 2 very large packages.

Very nice and helpful employees. I enjoy my little computer chair...just what I wanted for my apartment...size and price. Had one little problem and with all their help it was resolved quickly and courteously.

I ordered a 3 Piece Rattan swivel rocker. When we received our order, the rattan was unwrapped from the base. After a couple of emails, we were sent a replacement part. Very pleased with the quality and the customer service.
