I recently purchased an double umbrella and love it. Customer service fantastic. I lost my confirmation number and wrote it company to verify they received my order. I received a response with in a few hours with all my information. I received my umbrella in the next couple of days. Love it so much I ordered another one. Great product and great company!

Alphabets is a great company to deal with if you have any issues with their product. We had a small problem with one of the mounting holes on the right arm of a chair we ordered and they responded very quickly to our inquiry and immediately sent out a replacement arm. Thumbs up from me!

Yvonne (Alpha Mart Holdings LLC) Were excellent when we bought a patio table and we’re happy with the appearance and assembly was simple which is a blessing in our household. There was a very small chip on the top and a small area which had begun to rust which concerned us so I sent pictures to the company and they immediately replied which again is amazing after so many times being ignored by other companies and they immediately offered a replacement table which we were delighted with. I did LOTS of research before buying the PHI VILLA Padded Zero Gravity Chair with Cup Holder. This chair had the best reviews (except for the cup holder part). And the best price was through Alphamart's . I have scoliosis and a variety of other pain causing spinal issues and this chair provides real relief! (I do need a little rolled towel for the small of my back but, hey, I would need that for an expensive zero gravity chair as well.) It does take a little practice to learn how to move backwards - you need to coordinate leaning back with pushing on the footrest bar - but it's easy once you get the hang of it. It accommodates my 5'4" frame and my husband's (trim) 5'9" frame as well. Would need the XL size for anyone taller and heftier. The customer service was as wonderful as the chair. I was accidentally sent a notice by the company that a chair was being delivered to me after I'd already received it! I panicked - worrying I'd be responsible for sending it back and reached out to customer service. I received an email shortly with a very kind apology for their mistake. All in all an amazing chair and responsive customer service - what you'd expect, but don't often even get, if purchasing a much more expensive piece of furniture.

The set arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Much easier with a second person to help hold things and align the screw holes. The set is gorgeous. The chairs are sturdy and modern looking. The table finish is beautiful. The look of wood without the hassle of wood getting ruined in the elements. Looks perfect with my new cafe lighting.

Requested a replacement hammock and their customer service went above and beyond to find the part number and helped me ordering them. Extremely happy with their service. I sincerely believe companies that take care of their customers after selling a product should have all our support.
