Customer service was great! Ultimately the grill is too. I received my grill damaged in shipping and contacted AlphaMarts directly as recommended in the grill instructions. They were very responsive and helped navigate the parts I needed to replace what was damaged - which was both lids and the main body of the grill. The replacement parts were received in 2 days and worked perfectly. I am happy with the product received. The grill is a little lightweight in it's construction, but I suppose that is to be expected for the price point. More sturdy grills cost much more, this one is built well enough to last a few years and I believe it will serve us well.

The greatest asset any customer oriented company can have is excellent communication skills combined with an understanding and empathy towards the needs of their customers. These traits were exemplified recently by Alphamarts customer service department when my order for an outdoor table was damaged in shipment. The Alphamarts staff were quick to respond to my need and provided a solution that was acceptable to me. I could not have had a more pleasant experience with a customer service representative.

We purchased 2 sets of swivel patio chairs (4 chairs in total) on Wayfair.ca in March (2025). They were not cheap. The cushion covers did not come packaged with the chairs but on the packaging it actually stated that if they weren't in the box, to be patient and wait for a separate package. We waited a long time and nothing came. When I wrote the initial review, I was very unhappy with Wayfair and Alphamarts. After going back and forth with them, because there was a system error on Wayfair's site, Alphamarts in the end provided good customer service and sent the cushion covers free of charge to Wayfair, and Wayfair in turn forwarded them to us since we're in Canada. We just received our covers (June 30, 2025) about an hour ago and they work well on our chairs. My faith was restored in both companies thanks to the service I received. I'm no longer "DisgustedWithAlphamarts" but I can't change my alias. :-)

This company sent us a new table to replace the one that arrived damaged. The language barrier made communication a bit challenging to know what was happening.

I had an issue immediately on a 10 x 10 Phi Villa canopy purchased on Amazon. They quickly sent me the part. No hassles! 4 months later I had another problem with a leg bending. Although language was an issue, I thought it was AI myself, they quickly sent a replacement canopy. I have nothing bad to say of the company, but the Phi Villa canopy could be better constructed.

I ordered a patio furniture set that included a propane gas fire pit along with a set of four chairs. The product overall was exactly what we wanted for our backyard patio. The chairs are sturdy but comfortable. The gas fire pit is nicely designed, attractive, and sturdy as well. All of the furniture needed to be assembled but the task was fairly easy and when completed no one could tell that it was an assembled system. However, the gas fire pit burner would not ignite. After contacting customer service they sent me instructions to aid in diagnosing the problem. After completing the diagnostics it was determined the gas regulator was defective, so Alpha Mart sent me a replacement part which was easy to install. The company receives high marks for their responsiveness. My only beef is that it took two weeks from the time the furniture arrived until we had a working fire pit. Alpha Mart should do a better job testing their system before shipping them to customers. Nevertheless, overall we are satisfied.

The patio table and chair set is really quite nice. I would have given it a five star rating except that for two separate chairs two left arms were shipped rather than one left and one right for each. The company quickly replaced the parts and all's well that ends well.
