I purchased online via Walmart two sets of outdoor bar stools (MF Studios Metal Barstools). However, only 1 of the 4 broke after sitting on it twice (I'm under 200 lbs), indicating there was a faulty pump. I contacted the company and they were amazing: they sent me a new pump, and then a new stand assembly when I couldn't remove the faulty pump. We love these stools and really appreciate how their customer service exceeded our expectations. The shipping for the new parts took about a week for each one, but that was OK with us (others might complain, but with shipping and stuff held up by the pandemic and all, we think it was very reasonable). If you need to contact the company, I would write to them (they do respond!) instead of calling (the number doesn't work). Would be happy to order from this company again!

We ordered a Patio table and chairs. Delivery came and we assembled the 8 chairs and all went well time consuming but simple to assemble. The table was very easy to assemble, 4 legs that’s it. When we turned the table over the was a scratch on the extended portion of the table. I contacted customer service by email. I was asked to send pictures and within 3 or 4 days a new table was being sent. I was impressed with the quick handling of my issue. We are very happy with the table looks great and the ladies that helped us in customer service were great.

I purchased two MF studio swivel patio chairs which really don't appear to be that great of quality I had a problem with one of the chairs seats they say was defective I got in touch with customer service after about 3 weeks they sent me a replacement chair because they said they had tens of millions of orders every day which I don't believe and I really regret having to go back and take this chair apart just to put the seat on because to assemble them in the first place was a pain I recommend going to your local Lowe's or home Depot and purchasing chairs that are already assembled plus you can check out the quality before purchasing. Although shipping was free the cost at a local home Depot or Lowe's it's about the same price if not lower Of course I did not have a truck or vehicle to pick up chairs at my local home Depot or Lowe's so I ordered them in hopes that everything would be okay they are okay but I would not order them again if I knew then what I know now.

I recently bought a patio umbrella and the poles wouldn't connect. I contacted the company and they immediately replaced the umbrella without ANY hassle! Carolina, Harriet and Farrah are the best! Great communication, great service!

Harriet and Farrah were amazing! We bought the 15 foot triple umbrella last year. This year the string broke, Not expecting much I contacted the company and they responded in less than 24 hours. I recommend the umbrella and the company! Kudos

We are very happy with the way Farrah and Harriet, customer service handled my situation. The chairbases for the two chairs I ordered were not right you couldn’t raise the seat to dining level. They sent me new chairbases and the chairs are the perfect height and I love them. These two ladies were very helpful and responded quickly and resolved the issue very quickly as well. I would recommend this company as the are very considers of their customers.

We purchased a Phil Villa three piece set and absolutely love it. We had an issue with delivery, but customer service took care of it, and we couldn’t be happier. The set is beautiful and very well made. I would highly recommend this company, they actually care about their customers!

Great product! Great price! Great customer service!! Purchased the Phi Villa acacia wood benches for deck and couldn't be more pleased. Easy to put together and stunning look for a reasonable price. When I needed to reach out to customer service, I was amazed at the help (thank you Carolina for your assistance!) I definitely will be a repeat customer!
