I would like to change this review, at first If there was a zero star they would get it. After a long drawn out back and forth, Alphmarts came through with a new item that they sent a week ago. The issue began back In August, 2023, as a gift for my wife who had just completed chemo, I ordered a cabinet from Bed Bath & Beyond who uses Alphamart to make and ship products...I guess. The cabinet arrived early September damaged. One piece was broken in two places. That began the nearly THREE MONTH odyssey of email back and forths and total debacle with Alphamart. Instead of pulling the piece from another cabinet, they had to order a new piece made in China. End of November, a piece arrived and instead of it being one complete piece identical to the one that was shipped broken, it arrived as two pieces that I would have to join now with wood glue which creates an unsightly seam in the cabinet. Last week, they sent a new cabinet, we finally assembled it - with some difficulty as one shelf will need to be modified. But, after three months, they responded good to my requests. I hope that Alphamart knows that I finally appreciate them sending a new cabinet even though I had asked for one back in September. I appreciate their generosity and would like to let all who enter a business transaction with Alphamart and BBB online know that because it is mail order things may go wrong but persevere and Alphamarts will eventually make good on their business.

Customer service was quick and highly professional!

Nice stools. I needed extra seating for more people. Very comfortable. I needed piece to one of the stools. They took care of me right away. Answered my questions and sent the piece quickly. Received it and now I have 4 nice stools for my kitchen island. Would definitely buy again.

On July 11,2023, I ordered a patio dining set through Amazon. The set included a table from Phi Villa (E02GF060-5) and four chairs from Premium Home Solution (E02GF153-B). The dining set was delivered on July 19, 2023. It took me a couple of days to assemble the table and chairs and place them under my pergola. A few days later we experienced some rain showers. It rained again a day or two later. As I rearranged the chairs around the table, I noticed that all the chair legs had gold-colored water pooling around them. The furniture was for outdoor use and should not be rusting. So, I contacted Alpha Marts From my first interaction I felt that the staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and committed to excellent customer service. They provided guidance in what I needed to provide to validate my claim. They quickly processed whatever I forwarded to them. I was surprised when they notified me that they would be replacing the chairs. Not long after the notification, the replacement chairs arrived. I am still in awe on how little time was involved from when I filed my claim to resolution
