My patio chairs were delivered on time, and were easy to assemble! I didn't need the spares, but appreciated one spare of each screw, washer, and part was packed. Customer service was very prompt to follow up with me when I thought one of the boxes hadn't come with tools, but they had just fallen off on my garage floor! Great quality furniture and great customer service.

Alphamarts has great customer service. I received a patio chair that had some scratches from improper packaging at the factory. They steps right up and sent me the two replacement arms I needed. Quick service, even over Christmas holidays. A great place to do business.

I was missing hardware and screws in my delivery. They responded to me right away and sent the hardware in the mail. They provided me tracking information when I asked. They respond to emails the same day. They even followed up on their own making sure I received it

I had purchased an outdoor chair from Wayfair and discovered that one of the pieces was damaged. I contacted customer service and I was directed to Alphamarts.com. They told me that they would send me a replacement part and they did. It wasn't overnight but it was quick. I'm more likely to purchase from Wayfair because of their great customer service.

We had some hardware issues, missing screws, etc., but they were great . They sent us a whole new hardware set, plenty of spares. Our e-mails were answered promptly, with them showing concern & solving the problem right away.
