I received the product with a couple missing pieces, but I did not return it to the store , instead I contacted the manufacture and they responded to me right away emailing me back and forth and very polite. They shipped the pieces to me and I was able to build the product’. Great product I like it . I would recommend it . Thank you so much team especially ANNA.

Great company and great customer service. I was missing parts and they got them to me in two weeks and followed up to make sure I received everything. I love my new outdoor dining table.

Customer relations is outstanding. I had an issue with two right arms in the kit for one of the chairs. I contacted customer service, and they quickly sent me a left arm so I could assemble the chair.

Purchased about $3k of outdoor furniture from them through Home Depot. Items arrived in less than a week. One item, a dining table had a large dent and 2 defective legs. After calling more than a dozen times and 4 emails with no response to both I got Home Depot involved. Home Depot even hard a hard time contacting them and it took several times on the phone with them before they finally were able to get a response via email from Alpha Mart. Alpha Mart finally responded to me through the email Home Depot sent and asked for picture of the issues with the table, which I had already sent them in which I got no response. After a month of trying to get repair parts they said they would send me the 2 legs I needed but could not replace the dented table top but instead would issue a $20 coupon to use on their merchandise 😂. I said no thank you and they would need to either send me the part or a new table, they sent a whole new table. The low rating is for the utter lack of customer service before I got Home Depot involved. It should have been one star but I gave them an extra star for finally remedying the problem. I would not recommend this company
