I order some counter stools and one of them had a defective part, I contact the company and right away they took care of my issue and a week later I had the replacement part. Zeke and Zora are excellent customer service reps. Their customer service is great. Thank you.

I had ordered some patio chairs from Amazon but unfortunately one of the pieces was damaged. I reach out to Alphamarts and they were quick to respond and quick to resolve the damage. They shipped me a new piece within a few days. They even followed up a few days after delivery to make sure everything was good. I am really impressed with Alphamarts!

WE BOUGHT A SCREENED IN TENT AND ON THE FIRST SET UP A BUCKLE BROKE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. I AM VERY SATIFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This company is great. I had bought a Car Canopy from a local store. The Canopy was top quality and great price. Unfortunately, the recent hurricane Idalia came right over my house. As secure as I could have been, the 100 mile an hour winds bent several of the poles. Alphamart worked with me to get replacement poles ASAP and the canopy is just like new again. A BIG thanks to all that helped.
