I purchased an L-Shaped outdoor couch. The price was good and the couch looks good with quality materials. I had a couple of issues - missing part and assembly instructions not compatible with product. However, Alphamarts quickly responded and shipped the replacement part. They also maintained good communication. As for assembly, we just forfeited the instructions, and put it together with common sense.

Had a problem with a couple of screws not going in enough to secure two components together. New part was shipped promptly and the chair is assembled and works great. Very satisfied with the chair and the customer service from Farrah and Yvonne.

We are enjoying our stools. One of the two arrived with a broken foot piece and it could have been msnufacturer or by another buyer who returned it but either way the customer service responded fairly quickly and sent me two replacements.

My wife is very happy with your product! Which makes me very happy 😃. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because 1 post beneath the seat had a piece of wood 🪵 chipped off. But , it didn’t interfere with the final assembly. Very happy with your customer service.
