Buy sale items, pay full price, lacking customer service
I bought items during a sale and they charged me the regular price. I reached out but they did not respond for a week. When someone finally got back to me items were already shipped. I never got a refund for the difference between the promotion price and what they over charged me (about $30 more). Once items arrived I tried to return the items, but once again no one had answered for a week. Eventually I got a response. A refund was issued, although attempts at addressing the issue proactively was futile. But I am glad to see Customer Service does exist.
