every store I purchased from during this past holiday season offered a credit if the item I bought went on sale within a reasonable amount of time except alpaca mall - I was a first time customer and would have ordered at least 6 more sweaters this year - the sweater I ordered for my niece was fantastic - everyone loved it - bad business decision not to credit - no more orders plus plus told people to order else where - wasted time trying to obtain credit - would now rather put chopsticks in my eyes than deal with alpaca mall !!!!’

Don’t buy anything from these crooks! I ordered a poncho for my wife which looked beautiful in the picture and when it arrived it was the size to fit a small child or a doll. I tried several times to get it exchanged and all they said was it seems to be the correct size so too bad. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

Rob, We are really sorry that your experience with our company did not meet your expectations. We are also very grateful for having taken the time to review us and to tell us what you feel is wrong with our products and services. We can assure you the correct item was shipped. Some ponchos for women are shorter because they have a different style, these are ment to go only to the waste line or a little more and it is shown in the pictures displayed in our website. What we can say is that we are taking into account every customer review and comment as we strive to improve and give our costumers the best products and service in our industry.

I was a bit concerned when I found out that my order through AlpacaMall would actually arrive from La Paz, Bolivia, and not from some outlet in the United States. I wondered if everything would be okay. But, I received a notice when my order what shipped and received tracking updates all along its shipping route. My order was received, well before I was told that I would receive it. My apprehensions about ordering from someplace outside the US were unfounded. My experience was a good one. I cannot wait for the recipient to open her gift.
