Excellent! Cleaned my ring and in a very quick!

This ring is beautiful! The halo diamonds are actually bigger than what you think they would be. I ended up doing a stack once I recieved all of my rings. The contour wedding band was the first after getting my engagement ring. Then I recieved a half eternity band. I added a spacer ring to keep diamonds from contour ring from rubbing the gold on engagement ring. I have rearranged the rings several times, but i ended up leaving them like this...until I get an open band to stack.

We ordered my engagement ring and were told due to Covid it may take a little longer to fulfill our order but it only took a few weeks. I had an issue with my ring, or I thought I did. I'm no geologist but thought there was a crack in my center stone. I contacted customer service, Tzetvanka and Rojan returned my email promptly. We went back and forth regarding my concerns and they wanted to help make sure I was completely satisfied. Even though there turned out to be nothing wrong with the stone after all, we originally went with a lab and decided to go with a natural stone instead. While they had it back to resize (our error again in ordering), they made the exchange with no hassle or extra charge other than the price difference for stones. Upon return it did not include the paperwork and appraisal as promised, which I have since received. Having seen other reviews I got nervous my fiance may not have gotten what he paid for. I'm not too trusting about purchasing over the internet but couldn't find what we were looking for locally, we took a chance with Allurez. We took it to be appraised by a 3rd party GIA certified appraiser and learned we actually received an excellent deal for the price we paid. My doubts in internet purchases probably made me come across as a difficult customer, but my ring came out beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with both the product and customer service we received.

I recently had lost a few sapphires in my engagement ring. Allurez Was so helpful in the process of repairing my ring quickly. If you have any reservations about using an online jeweler please don’t they are very professional and do outstanding work. I often get compliments about my beautiful engagement ring and where I got it. I’m so happy my husband found Allurez. They are outstanding and have jewelry that is the highest quality.

I have quite a collection of their earrings!I am not even interested to walk in a jewelry store and pay more or better said over pay for my pieces of jewelry instead anytime I get to pick a gift for bday or other occasions Go to allurez coz I know they will have what I want and at a better price ! I actually purchased earrings for both my daughters too ..they make them very small for children too in some styles we all have sensitive skin and we can only wear gold or platinum!me,personal I like their pave earrings because they sparkle quite nice!everyday I receive compliments on my earrings..they are that amazing !!!!! i recommend allurez jewlery not only for quality but also their style and price as well !

I am very disappointed by Allurez. They took a long time to complete my order, not caring about their 10-14 days policy at all (which by the way it's already a ridiculous amount of time). Then, when I told them the ring was not useful to me anymore, they told me I could not return it, since it is custom made. What in the heck is not custom made in Allurez? When I bought that ring in their website, it only allowed me do so by selecting different features such as size, the color of the gold, the stone, etc. Their return policy is therefore a scam. But it didn't stop there, I told them I wouldn't even be in the country by the time they were supposed to finish the ring. I email many people in their staff and even talked to someone on the phone. They said they would send the ring to my location abroad, which after all that happened, it could have made things a little better. To my surprise they just didn't care and send the ring to my address in the US the same day I was supposed to take my flight (which they knew). So, I had to lose my flight in order to receive the ring, and get another flight the next day at a very expensive rate. At that point it's like they were just playing with me. Allurez staff are either highly incompetent or purposely evil. Either way the result is the same. I am never buying from Allurez again and I recommend you do the same. Trust me, you will regret buying from them.

My experience with Allurez was terrific. I had been looking for a dolphin ring to replace one that I had years ago. When I stumbled onto their website, which is very easy to circumnavigate by the way, I found a wonderful selection beautiful and unique jewelry. Not only did I find my perfect ring, I found several other pieces that I hope to purchase soon. When I received my ring I was even more astounded by the beauty and quality of the piece. I love it! I was also impressed with their shipping and delivery time, as I received my ring within a week. It was very securely packaged with a box inside a box inside a box. Plus the carrier needed a signature before leaving the package... awesome that you don’t have worry about porch pirates! Overall, Allurez is one of the best on-line jewelry stores I have visited and purchased from.

Brother and I were on a timeline when ordering a ring. We worked with Rojan and she was amazing! She called me back right away and always came through on her promises! I am very thankful to the amazing service we received from Allurez. And the ring is beautiful!!!!!! Thank you so much Rojan for getting the beautiful ring to us on time.
