UPDATE: The ring finally arrived more than 2 weeks after my anniversary. It is very nice and well-crafted and I'm pleased with the ring, so I'm amending my rating to 3 stars. Because of the horrible communication and unkept promises, however, a 5-star rating is inappropriate. STAY AWAY! I wish there were a way to leave negative stars. I ordered a ring for a significant anniversary. As requested on their website I immediately communicated the necessary delivery date. I followed up a couple of times after that and was told each time that “your order is in the final stages of crafting.” The ring did not arrive and I had no anniversary gift to give. I contacted them again and was told that my case had been sent to upper management for review and they’d get right back to me. That’s the last thing I ever heard and they’ve stopped responding completely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY!!

I love my sun pendant. It is absolutely beautiful. It’s well made and heavy. Not flimsy or light weight. I did have an issue with the pendant being much lighter in weight than described. I was told weight can vary. I understand that. But this was a significant difference. I asked to be reimbursed for $200.00 which would be the difference in weight. I had to go back and forth many times. They offered me $50.00 credit which I declined. We settled on $100.00. The charm did take longer than expected to get. I made a few phone calls for that as well. The reason I persisted was that I had never seen a charm that comes close to the quality and beauty of this charm. Customer service did get back to me on my inquiries promptly. I would use them again if I saw something that I couldn’t find elsewhere.

Delivery took longer than advertised.

Faster delivery service it said I would get my package like a month before I actually got my package gals advertising is not cool and my gemstone looked scuffed not too happy about that

I ordered a ring from Allurez expecting it would look like the picture on their web site. It didn’t at all. After some wrangling, they did agree to refund my money if I took down my one star review. Customer service is not the forte of Allurez, but ultimately they did the right thing. I wouldn’t do business with them again but am grateful they did what was right in a speedy fashion.

I'm content with the quality of the necklace I ordered, although I thought the price was too high. I was also disappointed at how long it took to arrive. But I like the necklace and I wear it everyday.

Custom pendant looked great and was mounted well. However, that's about the only thing that went smoothly with the order. Item took approximately ONE MONTH to arrive (missed the occasion it was originally for). Had to reach out to customer service to confirm it was even arriving, with each contact claiming to ship the order soon. Once it did arrive, the GIA-certified diamond was missing its GIA certificate. Had to reach out to customer service again. First response was that they'll investigate if there was even a physical GIA certificate (there was one, a dossier per GIA report check), second response was that they will ship out, third response was that they misplaced it but will offer in-house appraisal (little value). At this point I was very disappointed with the experience: I received a GIA-certified diamond one month after ordering, only to discover it was missing the certificate, and for some reason Allurez thought it was appropriate to offer an in-house appraisal in lieu of a GIA certificate that they would have otherwise charged $300 if you returned an item without it (it's in their return policy). I offered to accept a partial refund for the certificate or to send back the diamond (so that they could dismount and send to GIA for recertification). Finally, they mailed me the certificate, without letting me know that they "found" it and that they shipped it to me. tldr; item was good, but was a struggle to finally receive everything.

The ring was wonderful. The only thing that would make me never want to order from here is their dishonest customer service staff. They ignore your texts, emails, forward your calls. I had to call from a separate phone to inquire about my order because they wouldn’t answer me. I received a “we’re shipping your order today” response everyday for a week straight. Every time it was “ups gave us issues” and ignoring me for another two-five days. Other than that, the ring was beautiful but I certainly will never recommend anyone here.
