Here we go again with lies and work not done as expected or advertised. Not only did they never call me or refund any of my money from the Bands being wrong and taking forever, now I find that 7 prongs are poorly made and the "Diamonds" which I feel might be fake as well, can fall out. So they are surprised that I am now paying to get them fixed, of which they insult me and say it's too much. Also stated the owner tried calling (LIES LIES AND MORE LIES). Asked if they can call me next week, it's 12:30pm Eastern Time, so obviously not important to handle immediately. I even gave them two days before posting this, and told them I would be. JUNK.

I am extremely disappointed with the ring that I received. It doesn’t look like it’s worth the money that I paid. I really wish I could send it back. I definitely will not make anymore purchases for them.

This is my second review because my experience has only become more frustrating. After I left my first review, I was offered $50 as a gesture of goodwill and was asked to remove or update my review. A good review should be earned through good customer service, not requested in exchange for money. I have been going back and forth with this company for days. I still have not received clear return instructions or a prepaid return shipping label, even though I simply want to return the earrings and receive a refund. It feels like I am communicating with only one person by phone and email, despite being repeatedly told that “the team” is reviewing my case. This has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I have ever had. I never expected a company to ask me to remove my honest review instead of resolving my issue promptly. I hope my experience helps other customers make an informed decision before purchasing from this company.

It's a trap! Allurez 1) tried to change the price of my ring after I had paid them, 2) sent me the wrong thing, completely ignoring the color change we had agreed to, 3) has now spent weeks promising and failing to accept a return, despite their policy saying they accept returns within 30 days in case of dissatisfaction. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Update: After 2 weeks and 6 phone calls, they sent a return shipping label! Refund was issued without further hassle.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EDITED: Then after writing this review they told me if I wanted my ring back I would need to remove the review. So I did. So I could get my ring back and they sent it back with a diamond missing. I highly suggest you stay clear of this company. I am also NOT the first person they did this to if you read other reviews. Absolutely THE WORST. My husband bought my engagement ring from here back in 2020, since then we have had to send it back at least 10 times to replace missing stones. The band has now broken on me TWICE. Typically we would email them, send all the pictures they needed and we would get a email with the information we needed to send it back, we would cover the shipping to them and the insurance incase ring got lost in transit. Now, they have decided that they will no longer replace the missing diamonds and said we have to pay $250 for the diamonds and for the shipping cost for them to send the ring back to us. My husband bought the life time warranty too. When we call to figure out why we are now being told we have go pay we get the run around and get told "I will talk to the people in the back" 10000% AWFUL customer service and VERY POORLY made

This company is a scam. They took forever to ship my husbands wedding band so we tried to cancel the order. They refused. We opened a claim with our credit card company because we hadn’t received the ring. Only after that, did they ship the ring. It arrived after our wedding, we asked to get the Mra code so we could return it. We have asked several times to return the ring within the first 30 days. Our wedding was in sept 2025 and we are still trying to get a refund for the ring. They said they are “checking with the back office” every time we call or email them for the return code. They are a scam.

I wrote a review that the product was not up to par - my honest opinion - I received an email asking me to remove and they would send me $100 to do - I removed and of course never received the $$ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM

My experience with Allurez was terrible. They sent me the wrong ring after I spent a significant amount of money and waited a long time for the order. What I received did not match what I purchased, which is completely unacceptable for a company selling expensive jewelry. What made it even worse was the customer service. It took more than a month of emails, phone calls, and useless chats through their website just trying to get a proper resolution. If you are planning to buy an engagement ring or anything important from them, I strongly recommend looking somewhere else. This company caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for something that should have been a special purchase.
