Best jeweler!! My go to for everytime i want to buy a gift for my wife!!! Amazing quality and service!

Here we go again with lies and work not done as expected or advertised. Not only did they never call me or refund any of my money from the Bands being wrong and taking forever, now I find that 7 prongs are poorly made and the "Diamonds" which I feel might be fake as well, can fall out. So they are surprised that I am now paying to get them fixed, of which they insult me and say it's too much. Also stated the owner tried calling (LIES LIES AND MORE LIES). Asked if they can call me next week, it's 12:30pm Eastern Time, so obviously not important to handle immediately. I even gave them two days before posting this, and told them I would be. JUNK.

Good experience so far - vast inventory and good customer service. Would probably use again.

for ones that’s having a hard time debating rather shop with ALLUREZ I was in you’re spot to after reading reviews but I took the risk my experience was great Henry took care of my order he answered every call made calls back sent details to my email help me upgrade my diamond to a better diamond with a IGI report made sure my ring arrived on time literally in two weeks the ring is beautiful the team did an amazing job on the ring… I want to thank ALLUREZ & Henry for they time and patience with me ..

I am extremely disappointed with the ring that I received. It doesn’t look like it’s worth the money that I paid. I really wish I could send it back. I definitely will not make anymore purchases for them.

We purchased a custom engagement ring and wedding band set from Allurez in 2021 and had a great experience. We were looking for something very specific with gold, diamonds, and amethyst, and after searching around, we couldn't find what we wanted anywhere else. Allurez was able to make the set for us, and it came out beautifully. Five years later, we're still extremely happy with it. The rings have held up very well, and we love that Allurez was able to create something unique that was exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality custom ring set.
