AllTrailsReviews of alltrails.com

Terrible app glad I found out before it was to late. Thought I would sign for the pro version. Firstly the app would not recognise my password then when I clicked on the reset password button in the email they sent it forwarded me to some trail in the USA. Glad I found out how useless this is before parting with money.

Looks good, several things to improve though, among them separating the stats of a trekking from the car trip to get there, did not find where to do that so my stats were useless, km, speed, etc... May give it another try when they fix it! I uninstalled the app but forgot to cancel the trial period and was charged without warning (I understood a reminder was supposed to be sent before the end of the trial, which did not happen). Contacted them via their Facebook page and Got the refund quite easily. Thanks!

This is the worst app ever! You literally need to have your phone in your hands for it to guide you and know where you are. So convenient. Try putting phone in your pocket for 5 mins. You will suddenly be 3km elsewhere! MAGIC! Huge troubles with GPS. Even though I don't have this problem in any other aspect of my phone. So annoying, useless. Would be great if app showed colors of trails. Also the descent that we were guided to were all closed.

Your subscription deal is a scam.

Not impressed by the fact it's so easy to inadvertently sign up, and then impossible to unsubscribe from their spam. I thought it was illegal not to have an unsubscribe button.

The concept is good but the application has fallen victim to greed. They no longer offer a subscription without autorenewal at the onset. You can go in after the beginning of your new term and turn off autorenew, but of course the hassle of going back and doing that, and the likelihood that you will forget to do so, is the reason they set up that requirement. The app is also poorly designed, with no "Account" button for example, making navigation difficult.

Det burde være ➗10⚫sorte stjerne. Jeg har flere gange skrevet til AllTrails. De er nærmest ligeglade. Jeg skrev bl.a.

I have been using the AllTrails Pro app for over a year now, and I highly recommend it. It’s great for knowing your location on a trail and tells you with the arrow which fork in the trail you have taken. It even sends an alert if you incorrectly leave the trail. I have not used the offline map because I have always gotten a GPS signal. Will try it some day. Highly recommend the Pro version for only $30 per year.
