AllTrails has incorrectly charged me, not through apple like my subscription just a random charge for literally nothing. The AI agent on their site can't help and no human is replying. They have effectively taken my money and can't justify why. Really really disappointing.

The app itself is very good, but not support. I wanted to buy a Plus subscription for my daughter, but no one had the manners to even reply to my enquiry. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement and I'm sure the investors and backers wouldn't be best pleased by this.

The most unintuitive buggy website I have ever come across. I've used many route planning websites in the past and nothing can compare to this. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! FRUSTRATING! HORRIBELE! I paid for it but will never use it again.

Very cool website but 1 star due to aggressive funneling to use the app. As a result I am now actively searching for a competitor and will never give any of my money to all trails.
