Just love this app. The filters, routes and reviews are brilliant. Love being the notifications of you’re off the route and the recap of elevation and mileage.

Recently signed up to the app and have tried a few of the local hiking trails. The trails were well designed and the directions and information was clear. Really enjoyed the Chess Valley hike.

J'avais besoin d'AllTrails pour préparer mon prochain trek, mais régulièrement des fenêtres pop-up apparaissaient pour me proposer de souscrire à un abonnement annuel de 80€ avec 7 jours d'essai gratuit. Je me suis dit que j'allais y souscrire pendant la durée de l'essai gratuit puis annuler, pour, en plus de ne plus avoir de pop-ups, profiter des fonctionnalités premium. Cependant, j'ai oublié d'annuler mon abonnement (et je n'ai pas eu de rappel de leur part à la fin de l'essai gratuit pour me dire que j'allais être débité (:|). J'ai donc été débité de 80€ mais je m'en suis vite rendu compte, deux jours plus tard, j'ai envoyé un mail faisant valoir mon droit européen de rétractation sous 14 jours ainsi que leur compréhension et leur bonne volonté pour arrêter l'abonnement et être remboursé intégralement ou au prorata. Dans la minute, ils ont répondu à mon mail en me disant qu'il n'y avait aucun soucis et que j'allais être remboursé intégralement tout prochainement. Une minute plus tard, je reçois une confirmation de remboursement intégral, que je reçois deux jours plus tard sur mon compte en banque. Merci pour cette réactivité et cette facilité à être remboursé !

The support is excellent. I think you can just try it out if anything you don't like you can contact support and they will help you promptly. I enjoy the app and the service, regular price was $35 before but this year I got discount for $17. So I will give 5 stars for this. without the app I would have been lost in the woods honestly regardless of following the trails path. I am sorry for those who have not so good experience with Alltrails but take 5 mins to write to them and to let them know what they have to improve.

Seriously amazing app and happily used paid features. If you're considering going on a serious hike, I highly recommend AllTrails app.

Incredible App. Paid features are well worth the money. Recently took a trip to the Alps and I would be absolutely lost without this app. Highly recommend.

i Vejle områderne virker den rigtig fin, har længe brugt den så vil klart anbefale den, sjov måde at opdage nye ruter på i smuk landskab.

Har nu gået nogle 4-10 km. vandreture fra AllTrails, og de har virket helt OK. Man skal huske at det er ruter lagt op af andre vandrere, så de følger ikke alle slavisk de offentlige kort. Har brugt lidt tid til de forskellige indstillinger i APP'en, så den nu passer godt til vores behov.
